Dualex是一款源自于法國國家科學(xué)院 (CNRS)及巴黎第十一大學(xué)技術(shù),由奧地利PESSL公司生產(chǎn)(原法國Force-A公司)開發(fā)的新型多功能葉片測(cè)量儀。它可同時(shí)準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量葉片的葉綠素含量、葉片表層的類黃酮和花青素含量,適用于植物生理學(xué)和農(nóng)學(xué)(如水稻葉綠素濃度,玉米氮素狀況,葡萄藤等)相關(guān)研究。
其測(cè)量對(duì)象可以是單子葉植物,雙子葉植物或多年生植物。這款設(shè)備簡單易用,可進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)和非破壞性測(cè)量。由于不需要校準(zhǔn)標(biāo)定和事先的樣品制備,測(cè)量工作可在實(shí)驗(yàn)室或現(xiàn)場(chǎng)完成。此外,該設(shè)備在各種溫度的和環(huán)境光照條件下均可正常使用。光學(xué)傳感器可進(jìn)行簡單、快速、無損測(cè)量葉片中的葉綠素、多酚以及花青素。

摘要
背景:本研究旨在研究根際細(xì)菌和藍(lán)藻對(duì)水分脅迫下生長的大豆(Glycina max L.)某些生理特性的影響。
方法:采用隨機(jī)區(qū)試設(shè)計(jì),按階乘順序進(jìn)行4次重復(fù)試驗(yàn)。在研究中,使用了屬于大豆(Glycine max L.)物種的Ary大豆品種。本試驗(yàn)旨在研究三種不同灌溉水平(100%、50%和25%)對(duì)大豆某些生理特性的影響,其中對(duì)照組(B0)使用兩種不同的細(xì)菌。在本研究中,使用了脂質(zhì)偶氮螺菌R1菌株、巨大芽孢桿菌屬98號(hào)菌株和一種藍(lán)綠藻(嗜糖小球藻)。
結(jié)果:根據(jù)獲得的平均數(shù)據(jù),根長24.75cm-30.85cm,幼苗長28.10-36.57cm,根鮮重1.10-1.43g,幼苗濕重1.55-2.41g,根干重0.15-0.18g,幼苗干重0.38-0.46g,亞硝酸鹽平衡指數(shù)70.64-82.90(dualex值),黃酮醇0.375-0.398(dualex值),花青素0.016-0.045(dualex值),在水分限制的情況下,這些值中的大多數(shù)都有所降低。已經(jīng)確定,根際細(xì)菌和藍(lán)藻對(duì)所檢測(cè)的生理特性具有降低和調(diào)節(jié)作用。

The Effect of Rhizobacteria in the Reducing drought Stress in Soybean (Glycine max L.)
Abstract
Background: This study was carried out to determine the effects of rhizobacteria and blue green algae applications on some physiological properties of soybean (Glycina max L.) grown under water stress.
Methods: The experiment was conducted in factorial order with 4 replications according to the randomized plot trial design. In the research, Arysoy variety belonging to soybean (Glycine max L.) species was used. In the experiment, it was aimed to examine the effects of three different irrigation levels (100, 50 and 25%) on some physiological characteristics of soybean with a control (control (B0), two different bacteria used. In this study, strains R1 of Azospirillum lipoferum bacteria, strains numbered 98 belonging to Bacillus megaterium bacteriaein and one blue green algae (Chlorella saccharophilia) were used.
Result: According to the average data obtained, root length is 24.75 cm- 30.85 cm, seedling length 28.10-36.57 cm, root fresh weight 1.10-1.43 g, seedling wet weight 1.55-2.41 g, root dry weight 0.15-0.18 g, seedling dry weight 0.38-0.46 g, azote balance index 70.64-82.90 (dualex value), flavonol 0.375-0.398 (dualex value) and anthocyanin 0.016-0.045 (dualex value), with water restriction showed a decrease in most of these values. It has been determined that the rhizobacteria and blue-green algae have a decreasing and regulating effect on the physiological properties examined.
